ओयो की नई चेक-इन पॉलिसी

भारत की प्रमुख होटल बुकिंग प्लेटफॉर्म ओयो ने अपने पार्टनर होटलों के लिए नई चेक-इन पॉलिसी लागू की है। इस नई नीति के तहत अनमैरिड कपल्स को होटल रूम बुकिंग के लिए वैलिड प्रूफ दिखाना होगा, जो उनके कपल होने को प्रमाणित करे।

पॉलिसी की मुख्य बातें

• पार्टनर होटलों को सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक परिस्थितियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए बुकिंग रद्द करने का अधिकार दिया गया है।
• यह नियम ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों प्रकार की बुकिंग पर लागू होगा।
• फिलहाल यह पॉलिसी मेरठ में पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में लागू की गई है।

नई पॉलिसी क्यों लाई गई?

मेरठ में कई सामाजिक संगठनों और अन्य शहरों में दायर की गई याचिकाओं के कारण ओयो ने यह कदम उठाया। ओयो इस पॉलिसी के जरिए व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता और सामाजिक अपेक्षाओं के बीच संतुलन बनाने का प्रयास कर रहा है। कंपनी इस पॉलिसी के परिणामों का आकलन करने के बाद इसे अन्य शहरों में लागू करने पर विचार करेगी।
