राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों के लिए विशेष प्रशिक्षण
राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में अंग्रेजी शिक्षकों को दक्ष और अद्यतन करने के लिए एक विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू किया जा रहा है। यह प्रशिक्षण शिक्षकों को आज के आधुनिक शिक्षण के अनुरूप तैयार करेगा।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य
इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य शिक्षकों को पठन-पाठन की नई तकनीकों, शब्दावली, और प्रस्तुतीकरण के आधुनिक तरीकों से अवगत कराना है। यह कदम शिक्षकों को छात्रों की बदलती जरूरतों को बेहतर ढंग से पूरा करने में सहायक होगा।
हर जिले में मास्टर ट्रेनर
प्रत्येक जिले से तीन एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षक मास्टर ट्रेनर के रूप में प्रशिक्षित किए जाएंगे। ये मास्टर ट्रेनर अपने जिले के अन्य शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षित करेंगे और उन्हें अद्यतन शिक्षण तकनीकों से परिचित कराएंगे।
प्रशिक्षण की विशेषताएं
- यह प्रशिक्षण डायट (जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान) के माध्यम से दिया जाएगा।
- प्रशिक्षण के लिए सामग्री आंग्ल भाषा शिक्षण संस्थान, प्रयागराज द्वारा विकसित की गई है।
- हर राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालय को कक्षा 9 और 10 की अंग्रेजी विषय की टीचर गाइड भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
यह कार्यक्रम शिक्षकों को शिक्षण के आधुनिक तरीकों से अवगत कराकर उन्हें अधिक कुशल और प्रभावी बनाएगा।
बजट और समय सीमा
इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिए ₹26 लाख का बजट स्वीकृत किया गया है। प्रति शिक्षक ₹500 की दर से खर्च का प्रावधान किया गया है। सभी जिलों में यह प्रशिक्षण 15 जनवरी तक पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

अपर राज्य परियोजना निदेशक विष्णुकांत पांडेय ने बताया कि यह प्रशिक्षण शिक्षकों को आधुनिक शिक्षण तकनीकों से परिचित कराने और उनकी दक्षता बढ़ाने में अत्यंत सहायक होगा। यह पहल शिक्षा प्रणाली को सुदृढ़ करने और छात्रों को बेहतर भविष्य देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
Advanced Training for English Teachers in Secondary Schools
The Secondary Education Department is set to enhance the skills of English subject teachers in government secondary schools, preparing them to meet modern educational needs effectively.
Objective of the Training Program
The aim of this initiative is to ensure that teachers stay updated with the latest teaching methods, vocabulary, and presentation techniques. The training will enable teachers to effectively address the evolving requirements of English language education.
Master Trainers for Each District
As part of this program, three LT grade teachers from every district will be trained as Master Trainers. These trainers will subsequently train other English subject teachers in their respective districts.
Training Details
- The training will be conducted through DIET (District Institute of Education and Training).
- Teachers will be trained using modules developed by the Anglo Language Teaching Institute, Prayagraj.
- A Teacher Guide for English subjects for classes 9 and 10 will be provided to every government secondary school.
This initiative highlights the importance of keeping teachers updated to ensure effective and engaging classroom teaching.
Budget and Timeline
The program has been allocated a budget of ₹26 lakh, with ₹500 sanctioned per teacher for training expenses. The training is expected to be completed in all districts by January 15.
